Cricket Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Escanaba, MI to lead store sales, service, and operations. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure a top-tier customer experience while managing inventory and execution of company programs.

You will oversee hiring, training, and development of the team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Inspire, engage, and motivate the team to succeed through strong leadership and coaching.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and sales-maximizing techniques.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell confidently.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
• Support on the sales floor to coach and develop store personnel.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, and reports.
