Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a sales team, drive customer experience, manage inventory, training, and promotions, and collaborate with district management to launch new products.

This full-time role requires exceptional leadership, scheduling, and the ability to grow your team’s potential while meeting sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from home store.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Assist on outside sales events and community engagements as needed.
