Mobilelink, a premier Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in West Branch, MI. You’ll drive sales, service, and operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in-store.

The role requires proven retail sales leadership, recruiting and coaching skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Join a dynamic, growth‑oriented national team dedicated to performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed and excel.
• Create a work environment where all employees can perform at their best.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Train employees on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
• Support sales floor activities and coaching of staff.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, and policies.
• Respond timely to communications and complete required training on time.
• Protect assets and participate in outside events as needed.
