Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience in a commission-based or sales-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to drive performance.
• Launch new products and services with District Manager and partners.
• Provide training to staff on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure store compliance, reporting, and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Play an active role on the sales floor to motivate and guide team.
