Job summary

MobileOne is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. You will coach a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while overseeing daily store operations.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling and inventory, ensure training completion, and maintain a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued. You’ll work on the sales floor and partner with leadership to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience in wireless retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records.
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings.
