Job summary

MobileOne LLC is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless locations. You will coach a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor most of the time.

The role focuses on daily store operations, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and ensuring goals are met. A strong leader with at least 1 year in retail management, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry recommended).
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and handling escalations.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records.
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure timely execution of trainings.
