MobileOne is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless locations in Corvallis, Oregon. You’ll coach a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor most of the time.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits support growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support the team through escalations.
• Oversee daily store operations: scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train and develop team members; support career growth.
• Foster a high-energy culture where employees and customers feel valued.
