Job summary

MobileOne LLC is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. You’ll coach a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor most of the time.

The role oversees daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and training, while ensuring store goals and company policies are met. A proven leadership track in wireless retail and a HS diploma are required, with eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry required).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records.
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings.
