Framebridge is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Woodway store in Houston to lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving financial goals.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, coordinate with manufacturing to ensure smooth omni-channel operations, and leverage product knowledge to advise customers. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Min 3 years as Store Manager in customer-facing sales or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach a retail team.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in design and a creative environment.
• Fast learner of new tools, tech, and processes.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
• Degree in art, design, marketing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff accordingly.
• Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
