Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead sales activities, supervise coworkers, and drive performance. You will approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth, and ensure compliance with company policies while protecting assets.

Responsibilities include directing collections efforts, managing inventory and pricing, and delivering exceptional customer service. A background in retail/management and a RAC training completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly sales goals and direct sales activities.
• Oversee account collections and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Monitor store profits, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security.
• Train, schedule, and develop coworkers to deliver exceptional service.
