Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training to help provide underserved customers access to quality goods while leading a store team in daily sales, collections, and service excellence. You will set goals, oversee staff performance, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of the RAC Store Manager Development Program, and solid computer skills. A valid state driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Set daily/weekly sales goals and oversee staff performance.
• Approve rental agreements and monitor revenue growth.
• Direct and train coworkers to ensure adherence to procedures and practices for collections.
• Manage store resources to meet profit targets and protect assets.
• Recruit, train, and retain coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service.
