Job summary

ALDI, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in the United States, starting wage $29.50 per hour. The role trains you to manage store operations, develop teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to learn through hands-on leadership as you rotate across locations within the division. This full-time program requires up to 45 hours per week and offers industry-leading training, growth opportunities, and a strong benefits package as part of a comprehensive store operations

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead store personnel, communicate expectations and performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee issue resolution with employees and customers in coordination with district management.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations for advancement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Plan and conduct store meetings and training sessions.
