ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in the United States to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performance team. This role blends leadership responsibilities with hands-on duties in stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while you prepare to run your own store through ALDI’s industry-leading training.

The program starts at $29.50 per hour with full-time hours (approximately 45 per week).

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates performance expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolutions of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages schedules and ensures adherence to expense and inventory policies.
