ALDI is seeking passionate individuals for the Store Manager Trainee program in the United States. The role develops leadership and operational skills to run a store, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

Starting wage is $27.25 per hour with comprehensive training and a clear path to store leadership. Earning potential in year one ranges up to $80,500–$95,000, depending on location and performance.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Resolves employee and customer concerns with guidance from district manager.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
