ALDI USA is launching a Store Manager Trainee program designed to prepare you to run a store through hands-on leadership. You will manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working with associates in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at $29.50 per hour, this full-time role trains across locations with travel within the division. Expect strong growth opportunities, with potential earnings of $87,000–$103,000 in year one inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Develops and implements action plans to improve results

• Manages personnel decisions including promotions and terminations
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and training standards
• Leads team to achieve store KPIs and budgets
