Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Columbus to lead day-to-day sales and operations while upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role requires coaching the sales team, managing inventory, payroll and staff training, and driving institutional sales and rental services across all accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in retail or related field.
• Musical interest or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales team with coaching, counseling and motivation to meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory and statistics for the store.
• Ensure all products are available for purchase and displayed properly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store staff.
• Execute daily operational tasks for institutional sales and rental accounts.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson programs and assist teachers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
