Job summary

Music & Arts seeks a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily sales and store operations in a high-energy environment. You will coach the sales team, manage payroll and staffing, and ensure exceptional customer service for all customers.

The role focuses on meeting sales objectives, inventory accuracy, and promotional programs, including supporting the Music & Arts lesson offerings. Minimum requirements and preferred retail experience are outlined in the description.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years retail experience (preferred).
• Musical experience and interest (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or any information needed to help meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics.
• Ensure products in the store are available for purchase and displayed appropriately.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for all accounts assigned.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each customer.
• Additional duties as assigned.
