Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day sales and store operations while upholding top-tier customer service.

You'll coach the Sales team, manage inventory and financials, handle payroll and staffing, and ensure our products are well displayed. The role also includes promoting music lessons and supporting teachers, with a focus on meeting sales objectives and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: 3-5 years retail experience.
• Preferred: musical experience and interest.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the sales team to meet objectives.
• Monitor financials, inventory, and store statistics.
• Ensure products are stocked and merchandised correctly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, and training of staff.
• Execute daily operational tasks for institutional sales and rentals.
• Promote Music & Arts lessons and assist teachers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
