Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun, dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, sales performance, and visual standards across locations. The role leads daily tasks, staffing decisions, and delivery of IT’SUGAR customer engagement through the SUGARTAINMENT model.

You will recruit, train, and coach Associates, ensure policy adherence, and drive profitability while upholding the brand’s playful, positive culture at our Kentucky stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and back-of-house operations, ensuring sales objectives are met.
• Evaluate operations and implement improvements to productivity and profitability.
• Coach staff to adhere to core values and standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Associates/Supervisors.
• Manage store operations including pricing, signage, inventory, and LP awareness.
• Maintain brand visuals and support store events and promotions.
