Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun, dynamic Retail Supervisor to lead store functions and a team of Sales Associates. You will be the on-duty leader, driving sales, delivering our playful brand experience, and ensuring operational excellence through coaching, training, and adherence to LP policies.

Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, maintaining visuals, and executing promotions while fostering a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs, with assist up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operation and meets sales objectives.
• Coaches and trains Sales Associates to ensure high performance.
• Ensures store is clean, organized and follows visual standards.
• Operates POS/register and handles cash accurately.
• Plan and execute events and promotions.
