Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make plans and improve EBITDA by delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Develop a strategy to increase sales and guest loyalty through store programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members in all open positions.
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity and achieve sales/payroll goals.
