Job summary

Ballard Designs, a QVC Group brand, seeks a Store Manager for our Roswell, GA location to lead a high-performing team onsite. You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter, drive sales, and ensure store standards align with company values and experiences.

You will report to the VP of Retail and oversee programs that boost EBITDA, guest loyalty, and community engagement while managing staffing and payroll efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit environments.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating an exceptional Guest experience.
• Develop a strategy to increase sales and guest loyalty through store programs and events.
• Recruit, train, and develop Team Members in all open positions.
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity and meet sales/payroll goals.
