Job summary

POP MART in Brea, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop associates, manage opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and ensure POP MART brand standards are met.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and oversee daily store operations.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, and store performance through effective coaching and planning.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Build excitement within the local collector community and POP MART brand.
