Job summary

QVC Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead Ballard Designs retail operations onsite. You will champion brand standards, drive sales, and guide a talented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include planning Store EBITDA, recruiting and developing staff, managing payroll, and coordinating store programs and events to boost loyalty and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating the most fantastic place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
• Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Ballard Designs Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and additional corporate and regional events throughout the year
• Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members in all open positions
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales/payroll goals, and complete workload.
