Job summary

QVC Group in Roswell, GA is seeking a Store Manager to lead Ballard Designs brand retail operations. You will oversee guest experience, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are met daily.

You will manage a team, recruit and train staff, plan payroll, and coordinate store programs and events to boost EBITDA. This onsite role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating the most fantastic place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
• Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Ballard Designs Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and additional corporate and regional events throughout the year
• Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members in all open positions
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales/payroll goals, and complete workload.
