Job summary

Scandinavian Designs | Dania Furniture is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and help customers realize their dream spaces. You’ll inspire and mentor staff, manage daily operations, and ensure top-quality service in a visually inspiring showroom.

You’ll drive sales through coaching, product knowledge, and exceptional customer experience while coordinating inventory, maintenance, and store standards. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales and management experience (retail and customer service encouraged)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in interior design and visually inspiring spaces

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a team of sales associates and warehouse staff
• Guide and motivate in a commission-based environment
• Set sales goals, coach the team, and foster a positive culture
• Learn products and services to provide knowledgeable customer service
• Oversee transactions, inventory, and facility upkeep to ensure customer satisfaction
