Design Within Reach is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a design-forward team in our New Jersey location. You will report to the Regional Manager and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining store standards.

The role requires weekend availability and a passion for design, with opportunities to learn from iconic designers and manufacturers in a showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required or preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and passion for design.
• Financial literacy and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a store team with clear goals and recognition.
• Oversee talent acquisition lifecycle in partnership with HR.
• Ensure store procedures align with brand standards and profitability.
• Lead floor plans, design presentations, weekly trade activities, and home visits.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to share insights and grow the business.
