Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is seeking a Store Admin Assistant for our Brandon, FL location. You will greet customers, manage calls, and help lead the sales floor.

The role includes payroll tasks, policy compliance, and support for recruiting and benefits while ensuring accurate records and smooth daily operations. The position is full-time/non-exempt with an hourly wage starting at $20/hr, offering benefits after the first full month and opportunities to grow within a family-owned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2-5 years in administration/retail preferred.
• Experience with payroll, PTO and attendance tracking is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, shipping/receiving paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Act as manager on duty and keyholder when needed.
• Follow up with customers on merchandise, inventory, and deliveries.
• Process sales, service orders and refunds accurately and promptly.
• Maintain displays and keep showroom/backroom clean and organized.
• Assist with payroll, policy compliance and records.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and benefits processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting on daily/weekly/monthly reports and cash handling.
