Job summary

QVC Group's Ballard Designs brand in Atlanta is seeking a Store Manager to lead a stellar team and elevate the guest experience. You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and drive sales while upholding brand values.

This onsite role reports to the Area Manager and requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll oversee programs, payroll planning, and staff development to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating the most fantastic place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
• Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Ballard Designs Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and additional corporate and regional events throughout the year
• Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members in all open positions
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales/payroll goals, and complete workload.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Atlanta, Georgia, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
