Goodwill of Monocacy Valley in Maryland is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, achieve set goals, and mentor a team of Retail Sales Associates.

You will lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and banking tasks, and uphold security and safety policies while reflecting the Goodwill brand.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor and meet sales goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensure security, health, and safety policies are followed.
• Manage staffing, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reflect Goodwill branding.
• Handle banking tasks and inventory as needed.
