Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, drive daily operations, and meet store goals. You will lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers, and coordinate with senior leadership on store performance and staffing.

This role requires retail management experience and MS Office proficiency. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management preferred
• One-year customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Ensures store operations align with company standards and procedures.
• Mentors and trains Retail Sales Associates to develop skills and performance.
