Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing store on the showroom floor, coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability and a strong focus on in-store leadership and showroom excellence.

You will drive performance through strategic leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the customer experience reflects The Bob’s Way.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
