Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic sales floor while steering back-end operations, logistics, and team development. You’ll drive store performance and ensure The Bob’s Way is delivered to every guest.

This full-time, on-site role requires weekend/evening availability and a passion for coaching, problem-solving, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven track record in team leadership and operations oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
