You'll spend the majority of your time on the floor coaching and motivating your team, maintaining a visually compelling showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction that reflects The Bob's Way.

This is a full‑time, in‑store leadership role requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Physical Demands
