Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume showroom and drive performance through strategic leadership and day-to-day operations.

You will spend significant time coaching on the floor, maintaining an engaging display, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with Bob’s Way. Weekend/evening/holiday availability required in this full-time, in-store role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding financial targets.
• Able to stand on the showroom floor and lead a team.
