Bob's Discount Furniture in Virginia is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead one of our omni-channel stores. As the senior leader on the floor, you will coach the team, maintain a visually appealing showroom, and drive performance through strategic leadership and day-to-day operations.

You'll spend the majority of your time on the floor coaching and motivating your team, maintaining a visually compelling showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction that reflects The Bob's Way.

This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a sales-driven environment
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
