Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy sales floor and supervise back-end operations in a fast-paced showroom. This on-site, full-time role requires weekend/evening availability and involves driving customer experiences, operational excellence, and team development across the store.

You will balance leadership with strategic oversight of logistics, inventory, and performance coaching, contributing to Bob's Way while supporting store performance
