Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead one of its fast-growing omnichannel stores. You’ll coach on the showroom floor, drive visual merchandising, and ensure customer satisfaction reflecting The Bob’s Way.

This full-time, in-store leadership role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability, with accountability for sales performance, team development, and daily operations to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. may be required.
