Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume store, coach a sales-driven team, and uphold The Bob’s Way of service. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, showroom excellence, and daily operations focused on customer satisfaction.

The candidate will drive performance on the sales floor, manage staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and day-to-day leadership on the floor, coaching and motivating the team.
• Maintain a visually compelling showroom and ensure customer satisfaction in line with The Bob’s Way.
