Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced sports venue.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop store associates, manage scheduling and performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and loss prevention standards while maintaining brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• No degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales goals.
• Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, performance management, and execution of company initiatives.
• Drive sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cash handling, loss prevention, and regulations.
• Manage inventory through receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock control.
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiency.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and brand compliant.
• Foster a positive, guest-focused culture emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the retail store, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring efficient and effective store operations.

What will you do?

• Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales goals
• Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, performance management, and execution of company initiatives
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotional execution, and guest engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, loss prevention standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage inventory levels through accurate receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control processes to maximize product availability and minimize shrink
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, operational efficiency, and the overall guest experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, well-stocked, and brand compliant
• Build a positive, guest-focused culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional retail experience

More about you
