Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Supervisor at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. You will lead hourly staff in daily duties and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure the highest levels of service to our guests.

The role involves maintaining a safe, clean environment, assisting managers with training and team development, coordinating staffing with budget goals, and greeting guests professionally. Shift options include evenings, days, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills.
• Ability to deal with guest complaints using active listening.
• No college degree required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and that all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member counseling sessions, including corrective action reports
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
• Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team members' needs within your assigned area

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour
