Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Supervisor for Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The role leads hourly staff in daily duties and prioritizes tasks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The position offers hourly pay in the $20.00–$25.00 range with a benefits package and a focus on safety and service. Responsibilities include training, counseling, and assisting in staffing decisions to meet budget and volume goals while maintaining a welcoming guest

Qualifications

• One year of related experience required.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail).
• No college degree required.

What will you do?

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and that all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member counseling sessions, including corrective action reports
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
• Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests' and team members' needs within your assigned area
