FirstCash, Inc. in Florida is seeking an ambitious Store Management Trainee to join our retail team. You will learn day-to-day operations, develop leadership, and gain hands-on experience in customer service, inventory management, and performance metrics.

Earn $20.50 to $28.00 per hour plus commissions up to 8% and store performance bonuses. Benefits include earned wage access, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories
• Complete management training and development assignments
• Perform other duties as assigned
