FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee in a fast-paced environment. The role offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and bonuses tied to store performance, plus benefits available to full-time staff.

You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit talent, meet financial goals, and ensure excellent customer relations. Experience in store operations and inventory control is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years management level experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours a week.
• Must be able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Drive profitability through clear communication and goal setting.
