Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Demonstrated ability to review information carefully, identify errors, and maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to implement policies, direct staff, and provide customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to assist customers effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the store environment inside and outside the building.
• Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and floor scrubbing.
• Empty trash, replace bags, maintain tidy environment.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms, stock supplies.
• Wipe down counters, shelves, and fixtures for polished presentation.
• Conduct basic repairs (bulbs, minor plumbing, fixtures) and report safety hazards.
• Assist in unloading trucks, stocking, and department zoning when possible.
• Maintain exterior through parking lot cleanliness and trash removal.
• Operate floor scrubber and participate in cross-training across departments.
• Engage in training programs and use opportunities to learn and improve.
• Provide friendly, proactive support to inquiries and issues promptly.
