Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development and training within the team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Learn to analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations with structured training processes and policy adherence.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop a strong team.
• Take charge of customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
