Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a highly energetic retail leader to join our training-focused team. This role drives day-to-day operations, builds and leads a strong store team, and ensures outstanding guest service across shifts.

You will participate in a professional training program and contribute to a 24/7 store environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or guest service leadership, a passion for service, and the flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team; training, scheduling and coaching.
• Maintain product levels and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food service operations as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by Store or District Manager.
