FirstCash is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Toledo, OH who will work with store leadership to learn daily operations and develop leadership skills. The role blends customer service, inventory control, and team development in a busy retail environment.

Expect a competitive hourly wage with commission up to 8% and store performance bonuses, plus benefits and growth opportunities. You will open and close the store, support hiring, training, and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
