Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Store Management Trainee. Earn 16.50–22.81 per hour plus unlimited commission and a store performance bonus, with hours typically 9AM–6PM and some stores closed Sundays.

Earned Wage Access is available after day 2 and employee discounts start immediately. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, learn daily store operations, coach and develop staff, support recruiting, and manage opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned
