This role serves as a pathway from Assistant Manager to Store Manager, requiring a minimum of 1 year retail management experience and offering wage progressions from $14.00 to $22.40 per hour. You will work toward operating responsibilities, develop teams, manage customer relations, and gain exposure to daily store finance, inventory, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management level experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach store employees; recruit top talent.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability and achieve goals.
• Analyze store financial statements to meet targets and protect assets.
